Good to know
- Support for your LLC runs exclusively through the app. No WhatsApp or phone support.
- Monthly plan, no minimum term. Cancel anytime, effective at the end of the month.
- We file your annual report if your plan is active on the due date, and Form 5472/1120 if your plan is active until filing (April 15 at the latest).
- When your plan ends, the Registered Agent service through our partner ends too. Your LLC stays yours, and you can download all documents beforehand.
- Formation starts after the one-time fee is paid. You can use Pay Thirteen before that.
